Hello, my name is Aghar Jadid. Trained in psychology, shamanic energy work, and the healing tradition of Fogo Sagrado, I bring together these disciplines, along with the sacred work of “Dream Reading”, into a practice grounded in intuitive depth, a scientific approach, and soulful guidance.
I was born in Syria, a country with a rich mythological heritage, where dreams first revealed their transformative power during my teenage years—an experience that inspired me to pursue a degree in Psychology at the Lebanese University.
Today, I live in Germany, where I have deepened my commitment to psychosocial support—particularly with refugees. This work has taught me that true healing involves not only the psyche, but also the body and soul. As a result, I have expanded into new areas of healing through trauma-informed counseling, bioenergetic techniques, and shamanic practices.
My work draws its strength from the fertile ground of Jungian psychology and the timeless knowledge of shamanic traditions—where body, mind and soul come together in service of healing.
